Lace vs Super Thin skin front
If you want to comb straight (flat) back and show
100% of your hairline or/and prefer very light hair density you had
better choose a Swiss lace front.
And it gives you a
more naural hair movement (easier to make any hairstyles). The
thinnest skin (ultra skin) is only durable for around 1 month. So a
compromise is better = choose thicker skin.
Lace vs skin base
Skin base is hotter than a lace-base. Yes, you can
make it "breathable" with tiny holes.
But what about a
humid, hot day ...? You will feel the difference! It's look
great with injected hair, but so does also Swiss lace base (with
bleached knots). And it's much cooler. And hair with knots lasts
longer than injected hair. And the hair is more
flexible.
What is "injected lace"?
"Ilace"?
It's not correct to call it
"injected lace." You can't inject hair into lace! This
is actually old technology. Before they could inject into skin they
did this. Normally it's called French top.
It is two materials: One layer Super fine Swiss lace ( or French lace)
and one layer super fine Silk M material ( very tight, transparent material)
You ventilate the hairs into the lace ( bottom part) with normal
knots. Then you "inject" the hairs through the reverse side of the Silk
material, top part.
It looks like skin and injected hairs (with no knots).
Super fine Swiss lace is thinner than this material and
more invisible.
Avoid
wiggy look
Don't go for too thick hair! Too tight hair will give you a "wiggy" look. It
looks very convincing by showing some hairline and scalp. Of course
it's impossible to tell exactly the amount of hair you need. Even
an old guy with own thick hair can have more dens hair than
a young guy with very thin hair!
Lace pieces: 60-90% (100%=medium)- free style / Lace
pieces: 60-
80% - straight backwards.
When you getting "wiser"
If you are old or getting older, choose more light colors, specially if you eyebrows
are gray/white. Black hair should look ridiculous. If your own hair
has about 50% gray, choose at least some gray in your hair replacement.
But of course - if your eyebrows are dark, you can dye your own
hair and choose a darker color. So look also at your eyebrows!
Human hair, most natural
Choose human hair! Superior quality and feeling! And natural
appearance, even in direct sunshine.
The
Euro hair
has a little bit
finer hair texture than the
Indian remi hair.
Chinese remi hair is the thickest hair and most straight. Good for the Japanese, for example.
Density
Max hair density for injected systems
is medium heavy
density.
But
notice: more density means thicker skin.
Max hair density for Super Fine Swiss
lace ( and with 6 inch hair length) is around medium density.
Good compromise material
French lace is a very good compromise
material for lacefront wigs. Swiss lace is more invisible, but more
fragile.
Grey
If you are not sure how much grey hair you like
choose human grey hair. It's possible to dye it if your grey is too much. Sometimes it's not easy to choose
the right amount.
Are you a werewolf?
Don't place your piece too far down in your forehead. Or
you will become a werewolf!
Love your hair
Use a mild shampoo (about pH 5) when you wash the hair.
Don't wash your hair in hot water, cold is better.
And wash it gently. If you take it off, put the hair with the underneath
up in a basin (or something like that) with quite cold
water/shampoo. Wash it in the same way.
Don't use balsam/conditioner that contains for
example Lanolin. The hair can fall out from the knots.
Use leave-on spray conditioner.
You need conditioner/balsam to keep it soft!
Avoid to brush the hair when it's wet. If you
must, use a wide tooth comb first.
Your best friend
Don't style your hair too much. Don't make it too perfect! Your
fingers are your best comb - and friend! Look at other people! Do
they look perfect? If you see a guy with perfect hairstyle you
might think that he as a system.
Cut your piece
It's possible to cut your piece (and
save money) - if you choose light density and just let the hair hang
down over your own. But of course you will do this
on your own risk!
Be happy!
Relax! If
YOU are happy with your new look it
is good enough!
