Fill
out the order form and send it.
Or give clear
instructions via e-mail. When we have confirmed the order you make the
payments. Then we send the order to the factory. Normal delivery time will be
around 5 weeks.
Template, molds: We don't accept heavy molds, only light plastic templates.
If you send a used hairpiece it must be clean and no valued. We
will not be responsible if it will be lost. Put it in a "normal" letter, no box.
Our "agent" at factory will keep the template/ hairsamples for
future orders.
Don't write any value on the
letter/parcel. And make no insurance! We don't want to pay tax
for your template.
Before you send a template/hair samples send the online
order form or an e-mail so that we can confirm that we will accept your order.
We prefer fast and clear orders!
| Our Policy:
If something wrong (not as the order specs)
factory will correct any mistakes, but the hair
replacement
must be in original condition:
for example not
cut, styled, colored or
used. Then it’s
possible to send it back to be corrected (for free).
If you
use it (or make any modifications) you have accepted it. Then
it's too late if you found out errors! No free remake/correction!
Measurements, without template, and copy color of a
picture: hard sometimes to get perfet fit or color match.
If you think it's not what you really wanted: No free
remake/correction. Only totally wrong size and color will be
considered. And it's we and our workteam at factory
who will decide if it's an error or not!
This is the clear policy of the factory.
If a
problem: a good start is always to send a picture and explain
the problem.
